The difference in quality is quite obvious.
Pin A is hard chromed and therefore has a high wear protection.
 
This has a positive impact on the lifetime which is a multiple higher than that of execution B.
 
Although the 2 executions have a price difference of Eur 180.- the hard chrome-plated pin is cheaper. Comparing the different prices one has to keep in mind the consequential costs of more replacements, mounting/dismounting, eventual cost loss in charter time e.g.
