Why can a trading house survive competition with manufacturers?
It cannot only survive, it is even promoted by customers because a large corporation cannot provide the same level of service offered by a smaller company.
 
Service is very important to us. Our maxim is to convince through quality. We guarantee the quick delivery when we receive an order.
 
Apart from saving in expensive lay times, the customer also profits from having a competent contact person, who handles the transaction quickly, economically and reliably according to the customer's instructions.

Example of quick and reliable service

A customer calls Friday at noon: “I will send you a written order at 1 pm. The goods must arrive in Spain no later than 5 pm tomorrow.” In this case, the order is almost exclusively composed of small parts.
 
After the purchase order acceptance, the carrier is contacted and the goods are put together in the ENEX warehouse.

Friday 3:30 pm:
Shipment incl. shipping papers ready for transport
Friday 4 pm:
Carrier is on his way to Spain
Saturday 3:30 pm:
Ship receives the goods
 
The order was carried out as requested and thus the ship did not have extra lay time and was not delayed.
